PRICES
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. The
prices include local Canadian taxes as applicable. Buyers outside of
Canada may be required to
to pay customs duty or other local taxes as per the applicable law.
All such payments are the buyer's sole responsibility.
PAYMENT
Payment could be made through PayPal or by cheque/moneyorder. PayPal
allows the buyer to pay with eCheque or credit cards. The buyer will
be charged in Canadian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
To pay by cheque or money order the buyer should send the order form
with their payment to KNH Productions at the address provided in the
order form. Cheque could be in Canadian dollars, US dollars or Euro
as specified in the order form.
SHIPPING and DELIVERY The DVD will be normally shipped by ordinary letter post by air. An Express Post shipping option is available for some contries at an extra cost (see below). The current Air Mail shipping rates are

ORDER and CANCELLATION
All orders must be placed via forms provided on this site and must
specify the information requested, including but not limited to
(i) The full street address to which the product is to be delivered.
(ii) A valid email address
We will not accept orders:
From trade customers who are buying for resale.
If the buyer does not offer to pay by one of the methods listed above.
If the buyer's payment through PayPal is not confirmed by PayPal.
If paying by cheque, the buyer's bank does not clear the cheque.
The buyer will receive an email confirmation of their order normally within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order was not accepted, the buyer will be notified of the same.
To cancel an order, the buyer must contact KNH Productions by email immediately. Order cancellation may involve a cancellation fee if the payment was made through PayPal. Cancellation of the order is not possible if the DVD is already shipped. In that case the buyer may return the DVD for a refund.
RETURNS
To return the DVD for a refund, contact us to obtain an RMA number
before mailing the DVD back.
To obtain full refund, the return procedure must be initiated by emailing us
within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and the DVD must be returned by post
promptly after obtaining an RMA number from us. Shrink-wrapped DVDs should be
returned unopened. We cannot offer a refund if the seal is broken.
The shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is a result
of our error.
CHANGES to these TERMS
KNH Productions reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions.
